GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

These terms apply to all orders received and, in general, to all sales made by URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A., unless other conditions are agreed upon.

ORDERS

PRICES

Rates may be modified at any time. Any changes will be notified through a new budget.

PROCESSING

We appreciate that orders are preferably placed via email. The order will be confirmed, and if no response is received within 72 hours, production will proceed. The delivery time will begin to count from that moment.

TRANSPORTATION

Goods sent with prepaid shipping will travel by the method chosen by URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. Any other method specified will be at the requester's expense.

In accordance with current legislation, claims for damage or breakage of transported goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt, unless the damage was evident at the time of receipt, in which case the claim must be made at the time of receipt. Once these terms have expired or the shipping costs have been paid, no claims will be accepted against URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. regarding the condition in which the goods were delivered.

PAYMENT TERMS

The agreed terms will always comply with Law 15/2010. No postponements will be accepted for vacations, inventories, etc.

JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising directly or indirectly from these or other matters will be submitted to the Judges and Courts of Bilbao, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

RETENTION OF TITLE

URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. retains ownership of the goods sold until the buyer has fully paid for them.

CERTIFICATES

Quality is a fundamental element in the development of all products at URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A., where it is not only an established system but also an attitude embraced by the entire team. Therefore, we hold the UNE-EN ISO 9001 certification and adapt to applicable regulations in different countries, obtaining the necessary certifications for subsequent commercialization.

Finally, we guarantee that the products manufactured by URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. have been certified under international standards IEC-62208, which include tests for dielectric strength and IP and IK ratings, among others.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The technical warranty of URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. on its products exclusively covers those products directly from the factories of URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A.

  • Any subsequent handling and/or machining of the products voids all existing warranties.
  • The warranty commitment only extends to the direct purchaser of URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. products and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers and/or third parties.
  • In the case of valid replacement claims, only the individually defective products will be replaced, never entire batches.
DEFECTS COVERED BY WARRANTY

URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. commits to rectifying any malfunction caused by a design defect, raw material defect, or manufacturing defect, except in cases where the defect arises from:

  • Raw materials and/or materials supplied by the Customer.
  • A design imposed by the Customer.
  • Repair or maintenance of the products carried out by third parties not expressly authorized by URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A.
  • Inadequate storage conditions or non-compliance with handling standards.
  • Any other incident whose origin is not directly attributable to URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A.
EXCLUSIONS

The warranty is equally void for incidents caused by:

  • Acts of God or force majeure.
  • Replacement parts or repairs resulting from normal wear and tear of the items.
  • Deterioration and/or incidents caused by negligence, lack of supervision, and/or repairs and/or start-ups and/or normal use of these products.
START AND VALIDITY OF THE WARRANTY

The contractual warranty only applies to defects detected within a period of two years, starting from the date of invoicing of the material. This provision does not apply to other parts whose warranty period has been extended for a period equal to the time during which the products have been immobilized. If the delivery is delayed, the warranty period will be extended accordingly, but its expiration cannot exceed 24 months.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

To claim the warranty, the Customer must promptly inform URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. in writing of the defects attributed to the goods and provide all necessary documentation related to the incident. The Customer will allow URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. to verify the defects in order to correct them and will refrain, unless expressly agreed, from carrying out the repair themselves or through a third party, under the risk of losing the benefit of the contractual warranty.

SPECIFICS OF THE APPLICATION OF THE WARRANTY

URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. reserves the right to modify the devices of its products in order to meet its commitments. The operations are carried out at the URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. plant, after the customer has sent the defective products or parts. In the event of the materials being installed by the Customer or used in a manner not conforming to their technical specifications, the cost of transporting the defective goods or parts, as well as the return of the repaired or replaced goods or parts, will be borne by the customer. If the repair must be carried out on-site, the travel expenses, allowances, and accommodation will be at the customer's expense. The parts replaced under the warranty will become the property of URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A.

SCOPE OF THE WARRANTY

Under this warranty, URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. will only be responsible for replacing the goods, excluding any other compensation, especially for indirect and/or immaterial damages such as (but not limited to) loss of operation, loss of profits, production, or contracts.

REPAIRS

Repair operations do not give rise to any warranty other than those expressed in these general conditions. The Customer cannot claim any compensation in the event of immobilization of the material as a consequence of the application of the warranty.

MATERIAL RETURNS

Returns must always be authorized by URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. Return requests must be communicated in writing. All returns must meet the following minimum requirements; otherwise, they will not be accepted and will be returned.

  • The delivery note number and/or supply invoice must always be indicated.
  • The items and quantities must exclusively match those listed in the (ID).
  • Material shipments will be made with shipping costs paid by the customer
  • All products must arrive at our warehouse in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition, and included in our current price list. That is, they must be suitable for sale.
